Riaz Zaman joined the firm as an associate in 2008. Mr. Zaman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Kansas. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 2004.

While in law school, Mr. Zaman served as an editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students’ Association.

Mr. Zaman joined the Illinois Bar in 2005, and worked in a plaintiff’s litigation firm in Chicago assisting in a broad range of cases including mortgage fraud, nursing home negligence, police harassment and medical malpractice. Mr. Zaman is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Sangamon County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Zaman is originally from Atchison, Kansas.
